This was a great alternative to frying my catfish! I'm not a big fan of thyme and may not use quite as much next time but it was great. My husband and I are both on diets and I served this with fat free cole slaw and 1/2 cup baked beans. We had our own little fish 'fry'! Thanx for the recipe! - 4/6/11

My family did not like this at all. The cornmeal would not cook all the way. I sprayed again and cooked for another 10 minutes and it still didn't cook good. Next time I would use bread crumbs or pan fry in a litte olive oil. - 4/24/12

Used Panko instead of cornmeal! No milk either! I seasoned the catfish the night before and the Panko adhered to the hot sauce I used with the seasonings. Anyhow, fabulous~ - 2/3/20

OMG, this is dabomb.com! I tried this recipe last night and am in love! I love catfish filets and usually grill them to keep it healthy and get upset because I can't have fried. The crust was absolutely wonderful. It came out crispy just like I like it! Will def be making again...probably tonight :) - 7/18/13
