    Helpful Tips I've Found:
-Use 2 apples, not just 1
-Dice the apples and put them in a bowl, along with the sugar and cinnamon. Microwave for 30 sec., stir, then 30 more sec. before putting them in the batter

These make a FABULOUS healthy breakfast! I make them all the time now, I love them!

This was pretty good. I used regular oatmeal not quick, and it still turned out okay. The texture was a bit dry - I think less oats would work better. But overall, it was very, very filling - I had 2 and I was stuffed. I ate mine with honey - that was very good! - 10/9/10

Pretty good. I used 2 apples instead and since I didn't have any cinnamon I used ginger. My two year old really enjoyed them. - 9/19/11

    O.K.
the ingredients all seemed good, but i thought it was like an oatmeal burger that just fell apart, not much "pancake" to it, but others seem to like them on here so maybe it was just me - 6/11/07
