Ingredients

* 1 lb boneless chicken breast
* 2 tablespoons cornstarch
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce
* 10 hot red peppers
* 1 tablespoon sake
* 2 tablespoons soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon sugar
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon cornstarch
* 1 teaspoon sesame oil
* 1 cup oil
* 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
* 1/2 cup almonds
* 1 cup chopped Broccoli
* 3/4 cup chopped Celery
* 3/4 cup chopped Carrots
* 1/3 cup chopped Green Onion
* 1/2 cup chopped Green Bell Pepper
Directions
1. Chop chicken into 1 inch pieces.
2. Combine 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 1 tablespoon soy sauce in medium bowl; add chicken, stir and let sit for 30 minutes.
3. For the sauce: Combine rice vinager, soy sauce, sugar, salt, cornstarch and olive oil; set aside.
4. Heat oil in wok.
5. Stir fry chicken 2 minutes until lightly browned.
6. Remove all but 2 teaspoons oil from wok.
7. Stir fry dried pepper and peppercorns briefly.
8. Add minced ginger and cooked chicken stir fry 1 minute.
9. Add seasoning sauce; stir until sauce thickens.
10. Stir in almonds.
