Ingredients

    2 Jars Spaghetti sauce
    1 pound lean gorund beef
1 12 ounce box of jumbo pasta shells
    Garlic
    Parsley
    Basil
1 15 ounce tub ricotta cheese
1 16 ounce tub small curd cottage cheese
    1 cup mozzarella cheese
    1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
    3 cloves garlic
    1 jumbo egg
    Salt
    Pepper

Directions

Brown ground beef and garlic together in a skillet, drain. Add both jars of sauce to beef/garlic mixture and combine.
Cook shells until they are almost done, drain and set aside to cool.

In a bowl, combine egg, ricotta cheese, and cottage cheese. Add in parmesan and half of the mozzarella cheese. Add in salt, pepper, basil, parsley to taste and mix well.

Lightly grease a baking pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Spoon a small amount of sauce into pan, just enough to cover bottom. Spoon cheese mixture into shells and place them in pan. After you filled all the shells, pour the remain sauce mixture over the tops and top with the remain mozzarella cheese. Cover pan with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Makes about 48 shells. One serving = 2 shells.
