Ingredients

    1/2 head medium Iceberg Lettuce
    10 oz. fresh spinach
    1cup sliced raw carrots
    2 cups peeled, chopped cucumber
    2 avocados without skin and seed
    10 medium radishes sliced
    3 plum tomatoes
    3.5 oz. reduced fat feta cheese
    2 TBS. olive oil
    4 TBS. vinegar
    2 oz. Lemon juice
    1 tsp. worcestershire
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 jalapeno pepper, minced

Directions

Makes 6 servings.

Cut, chop and dice the first eight ingredients in a large serving bowl.
In a jar, mix the last eight ingredients. Shake well.
Pour dressing on salad, toss and serve.
