    3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
    1/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese (1%)
    1 tbsp Reduced Calorie Mayonnaise
    3 large black olives, chopped
    1 strip red pepper, chopped
    2 strips celery, diced

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Mash with fork until desired consistency is reached.
