Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    *Lamb, Australian, leg, shank half, trimmed, 13 oz (remove)
    Salt, .75 tsp (remove)
    *Fresh Ground Black Pepper, 0.5 tsp (remove)

    Sauce

    *Ground Fresh Chili Paste - Sambal Oelek Brand, 1 serving (remove)
    *Cumin (ground), .5 tsp (remove)
    *Coriander, ground, .25 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .15 tsp (remove)
    *Garlic (fresh, raw, 1 clove), 3 serving (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)


Directions

Salt & pepper lamb and roast in the oven at 425 degree for 21 minutes.

To prepare sauce combine sambal oelek with all ingrediants up to the olive oil. Using mortle & pestel grind ingrediants into fine paste. Slowly add olive oil to mix.

Cook the lamb 21 minutes or till the themometer reads 120 degrees. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing
