Ingredients

    3 cups crushed tomatoes with herbs
    1 1/2 cup chicken broth
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 cups peeled chopped zuchinni
    1 cup peeled and chopped egg plant cubes
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Place all ingredents in large slow cooker. Cook on high 4-6 hours or low 6-8 hours. Serve hot.
