Ingredients

    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 packet pepperoni
    1 can of no sugar added spaghetti sauce
    4 cups low fat mozzarella cheese
    1 lb. whole wheat lasagna noodles
    Vegetables per preference, sauteed in olive oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil noodles in a large pot until tender. Fry the turkey and drain as needed. Add sauce to the cooked turkey. Starting with the noodles, layer in a casserole dish the sauce, the pepperoni, and any vegetables you desire, with the top layer being noodles and cover with the cheese. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 6.
