Ingredients

    1lb. Hamburger
    Half Cup Catsup
    1tsp Yellow Mustard
    1 Tablespoon Onion Powder or Flakes
    2 Tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 cup oatmeal or bread crumbs
    1 egg beaten in 1/4 cup mild
    1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
    1 tsp Salt
    1/4 Tsp Pepper

Directions

Beat Egg in milk. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.
Place in loaf pan and cook @ 350 degrees for 60 min.
