Ingredients

    Saute round steak that has been cut into cubes. Add onion, celery and red bell pepper. Saute for just one minute. Put into pressure cooker add
    l package mixed vegetables
    l can red kidney beans
    l large can tomato juice
    l can mexican diced tomatos with lime juice and cilantro
    5 cut up and cubed raw potatos
    fill empty juice can half full of water and add to pressure cooker
    1 cap full of mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle seasoning

    Pressure cook........then enjoy
