    300g potatoes diced
    4 tsp olive oil
    2 butterfly chicke breast
    balsamic vinegar
    15g fresh rosemary chopped


Dice potatoes and toss in oil and rosemary
heat oven to 200 deg C and cook for 30 mins
butterfly chicken breasts - heat oli and cook 6mins each side add balsamic and cook for further minute
