Took Shrimp and Tomato Pasta Recipe and reduced it to something we could have for the two of us - added our favorite veggies - mushrooms and broccoli. Ingredients

.5 lb Shrimp (20-30 count size)
.25 cup Vegetable Oil
1 tbsp. garlic powder
8 oz Macaroni
1 can Tomato Paste
1/2 cup chopped Basil
1/2 bag frozen broccoli
1 bottle mushrooms
Directions
In medium to large skillet place oil, garlic, and tomato paste and cook for 10 minutes.
Add shrimp and mushrooms. Cook in this pan until done, 5-10 minutes.
Boil the pasta. Add in chopped basil.
Steam broccoli. Add to pasta/basil mixture.
Add all to the cooked pasta.
Refrigerate and reheat on Casserole setting of microwave just before serving.
Makes 4 servings.
