Ingredients

1 16-oz can black beans, drained and rinsed (or 2 cups cooked black beans)
1 8-oz can corn, drained and rinsed
1 4-oz can diced green chilies, drained
1/2 onion
1 tomato, chopped
2 Tb cilantro, chopped
2 Tb lime juice
1 ts salt
1/2 ts pepper
1/2 head lettuce, shredded
1/2 head red cabbage, shredded
12 corn tortillas
Directions
In a medium bow, mix together beans, corn, chilies, onions, tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper. Fill tortillas with bean mixture and top with lettuce and shredded cabbage.
