I used salsa and added some chicken with a little taco seasoning. This was really yummy!! A great alternative to cheesey pasta dishes. - 3/31/11

    Incredible!
I made this tonight and it was really good. I used the cheddar cheese soup since the store was out of the fiesta kind. Instead of plain tomatoes, I used orginal rotel to give it some zing. Next time I might add some diced up cooked chicken breast and make it a quick casserole. - 7/21/10
