Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    ~Vegetable Broth (1/2 cube of Bouillon)
    ~Onion (1 cup chopped)
    ~Garlic (3 cloves)
    ~2 cans of chopped tomatoes
    ~Dry White Beans (1 cup)
    ~Parsley (1 tbsp)
    ~Oregano (1/2 tsp)
    ~Pepper (1/4 tsp)

Directions

~Cook Onion and Garlic in a little water until tender
~Place dry beans in separate bowl of water, cook until tender
~Add Tomatoes and spices
~Drain beans and add to tomato mixture
~Stir together and Enjoy!

    Very Good
    Thanks for sharing! When I made it, I found that it needed a little extra spice and added some cayenne, a pinch of sugar, and then used an immersion blender to make it smooth. Then I added some spinach we had on hand for a nutrient and veggie boost. - 11/7/13
