Thanks for sharing! When I made it, I found that it needed a little extra spice and added some cayenne, a pinch of sugar, and then used an immersion blender to make it smooth. Then I added some spinach we had on hand for a nutrient and veggie boost.
This is a very tasty protein and fiber rich vegetarian soup.
