Directions

Mix milk with a Bamix from Switzerland mixer. Add Splenda. Add frozen raspberries and crush a bit more

    We use a food processor and it come out like soft serve ice cream. All berries work well. - 3/27/10

    I love desserts like mousse. So, with this, I can splurge and not feel guilty. Actually, everything in it is quite good for women: calcium in milk, and the seeds of raspberries are good for PMS or even depression.
