Introduction

A yummy, full flavored dinner that you don't need to feel guilty about! A yummy, full flavored dinner that you don't need to feel guilty about!

Ingredients

    1 pound of angel hair pasta
    1 bag of fresh spinach
    1 can of 50 oz chicken broth
    1 medium size bag of large shrimp
    1/4 clove garlic

Directions

Crush 1/4 clove garlic into pan with olive oil and allow to cook. Pour chicken broth in large pan on medium heat. Add shrimp and spinach. When chicken broth starts to boil rapidly, add angel hair in and allow 3-5 minutes to cook pasta. I recommend using a pan with a cover; the angelhair absorbs a lot of the chicken broth so it can be dry if left uncovered. Season as needed, but this quick recipe has a lot of flavor and is very delicious!
