Ingredients

    10 oz Beef Round Steak Cut into thin strips
    1or 2 cups water
    3 large carrots, peeled and sliced
    1/2 large red bell pepper sliced
    1/2 large green bell pepper sliced
    2 cups fresh snap peas whole
    8 oz can sliced water chestnuts
    8 oz can sliced bamboo shoots
    2 cloves garlic peeled and grated
    1 tbsp ground ginger
    1 bottle Kikkoman Stir Fry Sauce
    2 tbsp canola oil

Directions

Makes six 1-1/2 cup servings
Recipe can be modified to use pork, chicken, or shrimp as well.

Cook Brown rice per box directions and set aside. Put oil in preheated wok. Stir fry beef over high heat until done throughout. Add ginger and garlic to meat and fry for 30 seconds. Remove promptly to avoid burning of aromatics. Add one cup of water to wok and preheat over high heat. Add vegetables, cover and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes. Add beef to vegetables and add stir fry sauce. Simmer until ver hot. Serve stir fry over rice.
