Ingredients

1/2 cold water
1 chicken boullion cube (low-sodium)
2 tablespoons corn starch
1/3 cup soy sauce (low-sodium)
2 packages ramen noodles (chicken flavor)
2 chicken breasts (skinless, boneless)
1 bunch green onions
1 head napa cabbage
1 package fresh mushrooms (sliced)
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger root or 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
oil for stir fry
Directions
1. Mix cold water, boullion cube, corn starch and soy sauce, set aside.
2. Cook and cool ramen noodles, set aside.
3. Heat pan and oil, cook ginger (or garlic) to season oil. If using ginger remove at this step.
4. Wash, cut and set aside chicken, green onions, napa cabbage and mushrooms. Adding to oil, stir fry ramen noodles, set aside. Stir fry vegatables, set aside. Add oil as needed. Fry chicken until no pink shows, add corn starch mixture, stire until thickened. Add vegatables, turn down heat to med-low. cook for 5--8 minutes.
6. serve over Ramen noodles. Enjoy!
