White rice, egg, bok choy, ham, green onion, soy sauce, pepper, garlic powder.
Directions
Makes 4 servings.
Start by cooking your white rice. For every cup of rice you'll need the same amount of water.
While rice is cooking, mix your eggs in a small bowl
Cut your ham into small-med size pieces
Chop your green onion and boy choy
Heat your pan on med-high and scramble your eggs. while the eggs are still a little moist toss in the ham and chopped veggies.
Mix in your pepper and garlic powder
Once you've slightly browned the ham mix in your white rice. Its usually easier to mix in half of your rice at a time, slowly mixing in your soy sauce.
Cook all together for about 10 minutes and let cool for about 5 minutes so that the rice really has a chance to absorb the flavors of the ham, eggs and veggies.
