Ingredients

    1 medium lemon juiced
    2 tsp ginger root, very finely minced
    1 tsp raw honey
    pinch cayenne pepper
    1/2 cup purified warm water

Directions

Put the lemon juice, ginger root, honey and cayenne into a cup. Add water and stir to blend. Allow to steep 4 to 5 minutes*

*the longer the steep the more potent the ginger becomes.
