Makes 4 1 cup servings or 8 half cup servings. Very yummy, a little on the high side for carbs, but also high protein for a snack or dessert.

Ingredients

Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat 16 OZ CONTAINER
Dole Crushed Pineapple 100% pineapple juice (no sugar)
1 Box Cherry Kraft Jell-o Brand (Sugar Free)
Cool Whip Lite
Directions
Mix 1 container of 1% cottage cheese with an 8oz can of crushed pineapple (drained), add 1 box of sugar free cherry Jello, mix well then fold in a 16 oz container of Lite Cool Whip. Chill in fridge for at least an hour.
Variations (some will change nutritional values):
#1 - substitute cherry jello & pineapple with orange jello and a small can of madarine oranges (drained)
#2 - substitute lime jello instead of cherry
Just use your imagination...also, alot of people I know who don't like cottage chees - LOVE this dessert!
