Ingredients

    Small can of tuna in water, drained
    3 Tbsp light Miracle Whip
    1 small cucumber, diced fine
    6 baby carrots, diced fine

Directions

Dice the cucumber and carrots finely and add to the drained tuna and Miracle Whip. Stir to mix well. Serve on crackers, pita bread, or sandwich thin.
