Ingredients

    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup
    Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    Hunt's Petite Diced Tomatoes, 14.5 oz
    Morningstar Farms "Burger" Crumbles, 2 cup (1/2 pkg)
    McCormick Chili Seasoning, 1 pkg
    Hot Pepper Sauce, 1 tsp

Directions

Saute peppers and onions in oil until onions are translucent. Add all other ingredients and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.

Serve over brown rice or pasta. Yields 4.5 cups- 1 cup per serving.
