Introduction

SIL was told to avoid potatoes. Hubby ate two bowls before he realized there was no meat in it.

Changes I will make:
*I didn't have any celery or onions and will add them next time
*Will use 2 cans Sodium Free Beef Broth instead of water and Beef Base.

Ingredients

    1 TBSP Tones Beef Base
    2 C Water1 Pound Frozen Corn
    1 Pound Frozen Peas
    1 Pound Frozen Green Beans
    1 Pound Frozen Carrots
    1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 large stalks celery, chopped fine

Directions

Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and stir. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
