Indonesian Fried Rice Indonesian Fried Rice
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 Cups Cooked Rice
    4 Slices Back Bacon, Chopped
    300g Turkey Breast, Chopped
    1 bunch Scallions
    .5 Cup Peas
    2 Eggs, beaten with 1 tbls water
    2 tsp Chinese five spice powder
    .25 Cup Soy Sauce
    2 tsp Olive Oil
    2 tbls Yoshida's Gourmet Sauce
    2 tbls Sweet Chilli Sauce

Directions

Heat saute pan and fry off bacon and Turkey, add rice, Peas, five spice, soy, Chilli sauce and gourmet sauce. Cook until heated through.
In a small skillet use the oil to fry off batches of egg mixture to make thin pancakes, place on top of each other roll up and finely chop, add to Rice mix.
Add scallions, stir through, divide between 4 plates and serve.
