Ingredients

1 package Boca ground crumbles
1 package whole wheat lasagna noodles (9)
1 package frozen spinach (10oz) (thawed)
1 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cups spaghetti sauce (1 jar)
1 cup shredded parmesan
1 (16oz) container feta cheese
2 cups 2% mozarella cheese
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp basil
2 tbsp garlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F
HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions, saute for 3-4 minutes. Add mushrooms, crumbles, spinach, oregano, basil and garlic powder. Reserve 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce for the bottom of the pan. Stir in the remaining spaghetti sauce and cover. Simmer on low heat for 10 min, stirring occasionally.
COMBINE feta, mozarella and parmesan in a bowl. Set aside.
SPREAD reserved 1/2 cup of sauce on the bottom of a 13x9 baking dish. Place a layer of noodles over this; top with layers of 1/3 spaghetti sauce mixture and 1/3 cheese mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining noodles, sauce and cheese.
BAKE 30 min or until heated through. Let stand 10 min before serving.
