Ingredients

    1 to 2 lb. shrimp
    2 cups rice
    1 chopped onion
    4 chopped tomatoes
    Cilantro to taste
    3 to 4 limes
    1 cup ketchup
    2 to 3 bell peppers (chopped)

Directions

1)Cook rice
2) squeeze some lime juice over rice
3)Clean and cook shrimp with juice from lime
4)Chop remaining vegtables and combine with shrimp and ketchup
5)Serve over rice
