    1/4 Blue Bonnet light margarine
    1/4 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas (3 to 4 medium)
    1/2 Buttermilk, low-fat
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 cup raisins (not-packed)

Sounds nice. Is that 1/2 *cup* of buttermilk? I could guess but I'd like to know for sure. Thanks. I'll make it soon. - 4/2/10
