Introduction

There was a Dijon dressing that came with the recipe but I used my own salad dressing. There was a Dijon dressing that came with the recipe but I used my own salad dressing.

Ingredients

    1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed
    10 cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
    1 cup chopped red bell pepper
    1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Cook green beans according to package directions.
Drain off water and let beans cool. Add tomatoes, peppers, and parsley.
Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour until well chilled.
Serves: 4
