Introduction

This is actually a combination of both of our recipes. This is actually a combination of both of our recipes.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    V8
    Ground turkey (lean)
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 can diced tomatoes
1-2 cloves garlic (whatever your preference)
    Chili Powder (to taste)
    1/2 green pepper
    1 jalapeno
1 can dark red kidney beans
    1 can chili beans
1 large onion (half diced, half whole)

Directions

Heat a non-stick skillet and put in garlic, half onion (diced), and chili powder with ground turkey, breaking apart as you cook. Cook until turkey done.

Move turkey mix into large stock/soup pot and add V8, tomatoes, beans, green pepper, and jalapeno. Add more chili powder to taste. Place half (whole) onion into pot. Simmer approximately 15-30 minutes, seasoning as desired.

Remove onion and serve. Makes about 6 servings, though that is just an estimation.

I recommend eating with Frito's Scoops, yum.
