Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Pouch of Bumble Bee Pink Salmon
    1 Egg (Could make lower in fat by using just the egg white)
    1/4 Cup Egg Substitute
    1/4 cup of raw onion
    1/2 cup Sushi Chef Panko Bread Crumbs
    1/4 cup fat free cheddar cheese
    Season to Taste
    Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper or Lemon & Herb
    Pepper if Lemon & Herb spice is used instead of Lemon Pepper
    Garlic (optional)



Directions

Mix all ingredients together.
Add seasonings according to your preferences.
Fry in non stick pan with about 1 teaspoon of olive oil for about 7 minutes on each side on medium heat.

I use the green ceramic pan which enables me to use very little oil.
