Using jarred carrot baby food, create a tasty dessert! Using jarred carrot baby food, create a tasty dessert!
Number of Servings: 32


    4 eggs
    2 cups Sugar (I use Splenda for baking)
    2 1/2 cups flour
    1/2 teaspoon of salt
    2 teaspoons of baking soda
    2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
    1 1/2 cup Oil (I use extra virgin olive oil)
    3 jars/tubs of carrot baby food
    1/2 to 1 cup nuts (optional) ( I do not use)


Beat eggs and sugar together until fluffy. Then mix in the rest of the ingredients.

Pour into a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes (check by sticking a toothpick or knife into the center of the bars. When the toothpick or knife comes out clean they are done).

allow to cool some then use the Cream Cheese Frosting recipe to top.


Will make approx 32 bars when cut.
