Ingredients

    0.5 or half of a cucumber
    1 red or yellow bell-pepper
    1 avocado
    2 carrots
    maybe half a head of lettuce
    1 chicken breast, no skin.
    Olive oil
    Balsamic vinegar

Directions

Chop and mix all ingredients.
Mix two thirds olive oil and one third balsamic vinegar, add some salt, sugar, chili flakes, pepper to taste. If you make more that you want, cover it and store in a dry place or bottle and use
again.
Serve and enjoy!
