Introduction
These veggie squares make a wonderful addition to a brunch, or as an appetizer at a family get together. These veggie squares make a wonderful addition to a brunch, or as an appetizer at a family get together.Number of Servings: 30
Ingredients

1 9 inch pie crust (or you can use an 8 oz can of crescent rolls)
1 8 oz package of Neufchatel Cheese
1/2 cup reduced fat Mayonnaise
1 1 oz package Hidden Ranch Dry Dressing Mix
1 Cup finely shredded Colby Jack Cheese
2 cups California Blend Vegetables (you can use any vegetables of your choice)
Directions
* Step #1 Place pie crust on a cookie sheet or pizza pan sprayed lightly with cooking spray, or Press crescent roll dough into a 13- x 9-inch baking pan; press perforations to seal.
* Step #2 place vegetables in a food processor and pulse until they are finely chopped. You can also do this by hand if you don't have a food processor.
* Step #3 Bake at 350° for 12 mins or until golden; cool.
* Step #4 Stir together cream cheese, mayonnaise, & dressing mix; spread over cooled crust.
* Step #5 Sprinkle top with vegetable mix, & top this with cheese; carefully press into cream cheese mixture.
* Step #6 Cover up & chill at least 2 hrs.
* Step #7 Cut into squares before serving.
* Step #8 *1/3 c each of finely sliced broccoli, cauliflower, & celery may be substituted for vegetable mix, or any vegetables of your choice.
