Introduction

These eggs have a little "kick" to them, thanks to the addition of hot pepper sauce. These are one of the first things to go when I bring them for my office potlucks. Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    Hard boiled eggs, 14, peeled
    Mayonnaise, regular, 1/2 cup
    Yellow mustard, 4 teaspoons
    Hot Pepper Sauce, 2 teaspoons
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Cut eggs in half length-wise. Use small spoon to scoop out yolks into a bowl.

Smash yolks with a fork; add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Add teaspoons of the yolk mixture to the center of the cooked egg whites. Arrange on serving plate.

Allow 2 halves per person; this serves 14 people.
