Introduction

Ingredients

In a blender, mix:
1 tsp. Pure Vanilla
1 C. Soy Milk
1 Stick Blue Bonnet Light
4 Lg. Eggs
4 Ripe, Peeled, Medium Bananas
In a large bowl, mix:
2 heaping C. Soft White Wheat Berries, Milled (= 4 C. Whole Wheat Flour)
1 1/3 C. Organic Cane Sugar
2 tsp. Aluminum-Free Baking Powder
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
6 T Mini Chocolate Chips (Sprinkle on top just before baking.)
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Blend wet ingredients together in a blender.
Mix dry ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a large mixing bowl.
Combine the two above in the bowl.
Spray a large 9 X 13 (or larger) glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Pour in the mix.
Sprinkle top with chocolate chips.
Bake for about 30 minutes.
Allow to cool for 15-20 minutes before cutting & serving. (Makes 32 servings.) My kids eat this for breakfast, but it could be a snack or even a dessert!
