Ingredients

1 can of Tuna
1 small Avocado cut into slices
1 cucumber cut into slices
1 medium size tomato cut into slices
1 cup or less Alfalfa Sprouts
1 tsp of mustard
A dash of lemon pepper
A dash of salt
A dash of jalapeņo powder
A dash of garlic powder
Bread 2 slices
Directions
First Cut up your tomato, place the tomato to the side for now.
Then cut up the avocado into slices , place the tomato to the side for now.
And cut up the cucumber into any size slice, place to the side for now.
Get the can of tuna, empty the water / juice from can. Then place it it into a bowl preferably large bowl.
Grab your spices and add them in.
Then put 1 Tbsp of Vegeniase in the bowl.
You want to take about two to three slices of avocado and add it to the bowl.
Now you want to mix the ingredients in the bowl together until its a good texture for a salad.
Then place your bread on a plate. put 1/2 tsp of mustard on one slice and on the other put another 1/2 tsp of mustard.
On the bottom slice put two slices of cucumber , 1 cup of alfalfa sprouts. Then put the tuna salad on top of that then two or three slices of tomato. Then you follow up with other slice of bread.
