    Boneless skinless chicken breast cut into bite size chunks
    1/2 C Flour
    1 container for frozen orange juice
    6 TBSP Ketchup
    6 TBSP of brown sugar
    2 TBSP balsamic vinergar
    One package of stir fry vegetables


Dredge chicken pieces in flour. Shake excess flour from chicken. Saute chicken in olive oil until golden brown. Place chicken in crock pot. Place vegetables in crock pot. Mix remaining ingredients together. Dump mixture over veggies and chicken mixing well. Cook on low for 6-8hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Serve with brown rice!
