Introduction

I call this kitchen sink soup as I throw in whatever I have. Everything just gets dumped in the pot.

I usually use whatever leftover veggies I have in the house for this soup. I always make sure to include onions and 1 can of crushed tomatoes. The rest is just left over frozen or canned veggies. Escarole and spinach are great additions!
