Ingredients

    olive oil
    spring onions - bunch chopped
    1/2 leek-chopped
    4 cauliflower florets - small pieces
    1/2 orange pepper diced
    250g tricolor fusili pasta
    white sauce - milk, flour and butter roux
    danish blue cheese crumbled
    4 sliced tomatoes

Directions

heat oil in frying pan
add onions and leeks with other veg to spften while cooking pasta as per instructions
when veg soft put into bowl
make shwite sauce as per roux
mix tuna and prawns with softened veg in bowl - add roux
lay in overproof dish
put sliced tomatoes on top with crumbled shees
bake for 25-30 mins
