Ingredients

    organic black beans- 1 can
    organic kidney beans- 1 can
    tomato paste- 1 6oz can
    organic quinoa- 1/2 cup
    grassfed beef- 1lb
    chili mix- 1 packet
    water- 2 cups

Directions

make sure to rinse beef after browning in order to further lower the fat content.

I usually toss all of this into a crock pot (after browning meat separately) and leave it on the warm setting for a couple of hours.
