Ingredients

    1 can crushed tomatoes (796 ml)
    1 can diced tomatoes (796 ml)
    1 can of black beans (540 ml)
    1 lb of extra lean ground chicken
    2 medium onions
    1 tsp of salt
    1 tsp chili powder
    1tbsp olive oil

Directions

In large frying pan with lid, Fry onions in Olive oil until tender and add turkey.
Cook thoroughly.
Add tomatoes, beans and spices et voilà!
Let simmer on low for 30 minutes
