Ingredients

1 cup water
1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Museli (dry)
1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill rolled oats (dry)
Salt - just a dash
1 tsp. wheat germ
1 tsp. flax seed meal
1 tsp. bee pollen granules
1 tsp. chopped pecans
1/4 cup blueberries (or strawberries or chopped apples)
2 tsp sugar
cinnamon sprinkled to taste
Directions
Place water, muesli, oats and salt in small pan and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 3 - 5 minutes or until water is absorbed.
Remove pan from the stove and stir in wheat germ, bee pollen, flax seed meal, fruit, and one tsp of the sugar, then sprinkle cinnamon and the remaining sugar on the top.
Makes 1 yummy cup - your body will thank you for this!
