    Olive oil (use to crease cookie sheet and brush on edges of pita)
    1 Whole Wheat Pizza
    1 TBSP Pizza Sauce
    1/3 cup Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
    Tomato Slices (1 1/4 per pizza)
    Italien Seasoning (per your taste)
    1/2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese


Brush oil oil around edge of each pita (I made a batch of 6 pizzas at once) and on the pan. Spoon Sauce on pita, cover with cheese, then tomato sauce, italien seasoning and parmesan cheese and then drizzle with a few drops of olive oil. Cook at 425 until cheese is melted and slightly brown.
