Ingredients

2 lb. beef boneless rib meat all fat removed
spray pan with cooking spray
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
makes 6 servings
Roast ribs in a preheated 450 degree oven for 20 minutes. Remove and drain any fat off meat.
Mean while fix bbq sauce in saucepan on stove.
Cook onions in spray in saucepan until tender but not brown. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil.
Then simmer 15 minutes. Pour over meat in dish and cover. Turn heat on oven down to 350 degrees and cook for 30 minutes.
