* Light Mayonnaise, 1/2 cup
* *apple cider vinegar, 1/3 cup
* Carrots, raw, 2 medium
*salt, pepper, pinch of sugar
Directions
Slice cabbage thinly.
Grate carrots and add to the cabbage.
Add all other ingredients and stir.
Makes 6 1-cup servings
