Ingredients

    1/2 a pound 90/10 Ground Beef
3 oz Easy Melt Cheese (You can use the light, or Velveeta)
2 oz (1/4 cup) Mootopia Milk
2 tbs Brummel and Brown Butter (yogurt based)
1 bag (30 oz) of Frozen country style hash-browns
    1/2 cup Onion
    Salt and pepper to taste

Olive Oil Spray as needed (it's fat and calorie free if used sparingly)

Directions

Spread the frozen hash-browns on a cookie sheet and place in broiler until lightly browned. Meanwhile brown the ground beef and add onions towards to the end. Once meat is ready remove from pan. Take the hash-browns out of the broiler and add to pan along with butter. It might take a while to get the potatoes to the level of crispiness that you like, so be patient. If you have made the Betty Crocker kind before you know it tells you to flatten the potatoes out in the pan and cook for a few minutes then cut into slices and flip it all over one at a time. This method works well. Once the potatoes are to your liking add the meat back in and mix together. Once everything is all mixed in remove from heat. Mix the Mootopia and the Easy Melt together in a saucepan until melted. Pour the cheese all over the hash-browns. Cut into 4 pieces and serve.
